The next important step in the process is a joint meeting of the Board of Supervisors’ Health and Public Protection Committees on Friday May 16th at 2 PM. This is an opportunity for community advocates to demand that the Supervisors bring a motion to the full Board to explore alternatives to Wellpath\, the current for-profit medical provider.
