Former chief of the Seattle police force\, Stamper goes on to expose a troubling culture of racism\, sexism\, and homophobia that is still pervasive within the twenty-first-century force; then he explores how such prejudices can be addressed. \n**John Jones III is a well known and respected community activist\, formerly incarcerated\, who has served the Oakland community in many capacities including being a member of the Selection Panel that chose many of our Police Commissioners and serving on the Reimagining Public Safety Task Force. He is also a member of the Neighborhood Opportunities and Accountability Board (NOAB) which is a diversion program that serves juveniles and offers an opportunity to prevent them from having an arrest record.
