This year, this weekend three sacred observances align.

Easter, sacred to our Christian friends.
Ramadan, sacred to our Muslim friends.
Passover, sacred to our Jewish friends.

We pray that the themes these sacred days bring to each of their communities, will cast an inspiring light on all us.

May we celebrate the renewal and rebirth embodied by springtime; may kindness and hope be resurrected; may we each work to free those enslaved by injustice and inequity.

We pray that those in our communities who are in emotional, physical, or spiritual pain will soon find calm and be blessed with comfort. May you and your loved ones be safe. Today and always. Amen
