Vigil and Remembrance for Victims of Internment

February 20, 1942, is the day FDR signed Executive Order 9066 in WWII, which imprisoned 120,000 Japanese and Japanese Americans into US Concentration camps as well as over 5,000 Japanese Latin & Central Americans who were separated from their families and sent to the US for hostage exchange during WWII.
